Project description: 
Visual Dialogues  is a project initiated and managed by Tate Interpretation and Education Departments in partnership with a range of museums around England. The aim is to work with young people in order to produce dynamic interpretive tools to accompany exhibits from the Tate Collections, which will help visitors engage actively with modern and contemporary art, enjoy viewing it, and be stimulated to connect in new ways with ideas around it.

Institutions involved in developing the project, which runs until 2008, are: Sheffield Museums and Galleries Trust, Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, Manchester Art Gallery, the Laing Art Gallery, Newcastle, Tate Britain, London.
