What is the CAQDAS Networking Project?

We provide practical support, training and information in the use of a range of software programs designed to assist qualitative data analysis. The project also provides various platforms for debate concerning the methodological and epistemological issues arising from the use of such software packages. We have no commercial links to any software developer or supplier. The project is in receipt of its sixth consecutive term of funding by the UK Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). We are currently funded under the ESRC's Researcher Development Initiative (RDI).

Who is involved?
Anyone interested in qualitative research in the social and behavioural sciences can participate.

The project staff include:
Ann Lewins
- Project Manager and Course Tutor
Christina Silver - Resource Officer and Course Tutor
Elizabeth Stutchbury Administration

Co-Directors
Nigel Fielding, University of Surrey
Ray Lee, Royal Holloway, University of London
