"Learning to read the world through other eyes"

Dr Vanessa Andreotti works in the field of global citizenship and development education internationally. She is the coordinator of the UK based projects: Open Spaces for Dialogue and Enquiry (OSDE) and Critical Literacy in Global Citizenship Education. Vanessa is a senior lecturer at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand and a research fellow at the Centre for the Study of Social and Global Justice (UoN) and the National University of Galway. She is also an associate editor of the journal 'Critical Literacy: theories and practices'.
