The site Edublogawards announced the winners for 2007 in December. The voting happened in many categories including Best educational use of a virtual world and Best educational use of video / visual. At the very least they provide some very good inspiration. (Given how untimely this posting is ... there's little chance of this blog being nominated for 2008...)
