'One': UK's version of OLPC?

Eee PC is one cheap laptop available in the UK that could be great for education. Now, here's the possibility of another one which at 100 pounds is even more affordable. We'll have to see if it lives up to its promise.
U.K.'s Elonex readies low-cost Linux laptop | Tech News on ZDNet According to Elonex, the One laptop "fits in line with the goal of the (Department for Children, Schools and Families) to close the gap between those from low-income and disadvantaged backgrounds and their peers." To this end, for every 100 laptops sold, the company will donate one of the devices to underprivileged children.
